It is wisely said, customer service shouldn’t just be a department, it should be the entire company. We wholeheartedly agree at Clarity Care Givers, LLC. Customer satisfaction is the primary goal running through and embracing everything we do. It is completely accurate to say we keep a pulse on client service every hour of every day. We can say anything we want about ourselves but what our clients tell us is what truly matters.
We perform quarterly QA with each client AND we receive regular unsolicited feedback . All feedback is appreciated whether it be complimentary or contains suggestions on improvement idea. Every piece of information about our service is useful and allows us to achieve our objective of a strong connection with our clients through doing the right thing at the right time for the right reason.
