The Caring Way is an important topic for all people in our community and likely more so for those individuals currently receiving home care or planning to hire home care.  We believe The Caring Way is the specific direction and cornerstone of our mission at Clarity Care Givers, LLC.

This month we focus once more on the path of clearly defining what it is we do well that brings the most satisfaction to our clients and on implementing strategies to be certain we can repeat those results with each opportunity.  We want to share what we learn about best practices in order to contribute to better care practices for all service providers.  This is all a part of The Caring Way.

Those who receive or hire care giving ought to have a stellar experience.  At Clarity, not only are we a business, but we also live in and share in this central Indiana community where we know it our responsibility to deliver superb care when our neighbors request it of us.  Providing quality care is a service to be proud of and when correctly done it not only provides safety, longevity in the home, and a strong sense of belonging, but it also gives our very own neighborhoods strength and connection.

Recently, a previous client of Clarity Care Givers reached out to us again. She had been impressed with the quality of the care she had received in her home for a short term period two years earlier.  She told me the reason she called us again was the patient, kind, and knowledgeable professional care givers she had experienced.  She remembered we were the only company at that time willing to assist her for only a short period of time until she was able to fully care for herself again.  Our prompt and courteous office communication was also mentioned.  She trusted from her previous experience that we could help her again for another short term period to meet her goal of staying at home after an upcoming surgery.

We learn from these interactions with our fellow community members and repeat customers so we can continue to serve to the highest degree.  Being a good team player is being a good neighbor which requires we make our neighborhood business the very best it can be.  We will continue to follow The Caring Way. This means we continue to listen and are interested in feedback.

We are your community partner in caring.
