he Caring Way

“The Caring Way” is the cornerstone, the basic element, the specific direction of our mission at Clarity Care Givers, LLC.   When someone in the community needs care support and we are fortunate enough to have them reach out to us for that support, we consider “our caring way” to be foremost in creating the plan that will allow us to rise to the occasion to meet their request(s).  We do this because effective support must always be designed to match the individual’s unique requirements.  The unique requirements will include placing a priority on their own interpretation of their own needs.

One example of how we utilize the strength in our cornerstone is through respecting our clients and those interested in services with the basic element of listening and addressing their requests.  We do not require the needs of the company be met first.  We achieve this by removing barriers.  For instance, we do not mandate a required number of hours per shift or per week.  We also use our years of experience in stellar matchmaking of client to care giver to deliver our great care to the person in need of the care.  We do not shy away from assisting when other care companies or private care givers are involved, and we offer a free geriatric care management consult when requested.

It is not unusual for us to be involved in requests for 24-hour care or requests for “just enough” care to support even a small need.  Mrs. B came to us through her son.  She lives with him, and it was their mutual goal for her to avoid facility care.  Her son had a basic yet especially important request.  He simply asked for a little respite time for himself.  We were able to meet this request.  We provide an experienced care giver to assist Mrs. B for two hours every other week.  We could do more, but we do what is asked.  As more support is needed, we will be there for them in their effort to fulfil their obligations, as they see them.

Our tag line is trusted, requested, preferred and one of the reasons this is true is our cornerstone caring way.  We are committed to the basic elements of what quality care delivery ought to look like.  We plan to share more client stories in upcoming blog posts and newsletters.  Please share with others.  You may find we are just what you or someone you know has been looking for.

We are your partner in caring.
