Believe in the possibility you can handle the crisis at hand.  In the middle of everything you face, you are able to take the next step.  You got this.  I know you do.  I have seen people a thousand times walk through the most amazing trials.

Is the weight of being a full-time caregiver creating a space for depression and despair?  Is being a professional assisting others weighing you down as you see the same issues in the system impact people negatively over and over again?  Have you lost hope in the possibility of getting what you pay for?  Do you have a loved one at the receiving end of mediocre care?   It must be staggering and impossible at times but you got this!  You really do.

Everyday I see and I hear the resilience in each one of you.  I know your hearts and the integrity with which you take on your responsibilities. You share your victories and your set backs.  You reach out to others for support.  You have learned to take some risks and to trust.  Eliminating ideas and plans that do not serve your goals for yourself, your loved one, or your work, you are able to soldier on with hope.  You have become beacons to others who walk a similar path.  In many ways your light shines and you have no idea the people you have touched. Many times your story reaches others who then decide they can keep going.  You have made it possible for another day to come filled with others giving their best to be of service.

With time, hope wins and you take a moment for yourself.  You allow others to help you.  You realize you are doing your part and you no longer doubt it.

You got this.
