Clarity Care Givers, LLC has the tag line of Trusted, Requested, Preferred.  One of the ways we determine our success regarding our tag line is through the feedback we gather from care giver employees.  Performance reviews are traditionally seen as the employer evaluating the employee.  At Clarity, we believe it is equally important for the employee to evaluate the employer.

It is difficult to think of any work more important than care giving.  Clarity is fortunate to have the opportunity to work with many wonderful care givers and to obtain feedback about their employment with Clarity.  This is true even if the feedback is sometimes pointing to areas where we have room for improvement.  Yet, without seeking and listening to the feedback from care givers we cannot accomplish what matters most which is to provide exceptional care that is Trusted, Requested and Preferred.

The quality of a company can most certainly be determined by employee satisfaction AND taking feedback seriously and implementing changes as needed.  I am humbled and filled with gratitude for the following recent feedback from care givers with Clarity Care Givers.

  • Always open and willing to accommodate my schedule, and provide me the hours I’m looking for
  • The juggling and thought put into every client and travel for each job
  • The always helpful voice on the other end of the phone when there are questions, or advice is needed
  • I always know that whoever I speak with is going to be, not only helpful, but encouraging, kind and knowledgeable
  • Improvements are the clocking out system. With many clients going through the list of up to 14 or more tasks was burdensome. I could never seem to update during my shift, so was left to do it all afterwards. Maybe making more effort to streamline certain tasks and less redundancy would shorten that process.
  • More opportunity to get together as a team would be nice
  • Clarity is one of the best places I have ever worked
  • I can just feel the empathy and desire to help the aging community
  • It has been a great journey for me

Being trusted, requested, and preferred by our clients begins first and foremost with being trusted, requested, and preferred by our employees.  This is not a marketing pitch for our services or a marketing pitch for care givers to hire on with us…but maybe it ought to be.
